Proposal · API v2 rebuild
Prepared for {{client.name}} · attention {{contact.first_name}}Rebuild the public API on a versioned v2 surface with full backwards compatibility for 90 days. Scope covers architecture, data migration, documentation and a recorded handover.
01 / 08Proposals that fill themselves in.
Pick a template. Client, scope, fee and dates come from the record. Your client can switch optional items on before accepting, and the contract follows the final total.
Twelve modules. One record.
Each one is built on the same client, so nothing is typed twice and nothing is lost between tabs. This is the whole box, at launch.
Proposals
Templates filled from the record, optional items your client can switch on.
Contracts and e-signature
Generated from the accepted proposal, signed in the portal, certificate attached.
Invoices and payments
Deposits, milestones and balances. Card, ACH and Apple Pay through Stripe.
Retainers
Monthly or hour packs that bill themselves on the first, with the report attached.
Scheduling
A booking page on your domain that respects your calendar and lands on the record.
Video walkthroughs
Screen and camera, transcript and chapters, and who watched how much.
Files
1 TB per workspace, versions on every file, expiring share links, download tracking.
Client portal
One link per client on your domain. They sign, pay, book and download there.
Inbox
Gmail, WhatsApp and Slack threads, filed under the client they belong to.
Automations
When this happens, do that. Written in plain words, reading from the record.
Approvals
Everything an agent or an automation drafts waits here with a preview, unless a rule says otherwise.
Agents, through MCP
Claude Code, claude.ai, Cursor and anything that speaks MCP works on the record directly.
One Tuesday with Acme Inc. Keep scrolling.
Record it once. Skip the meeting.
Screen and camera, up to 4K. The transcript and the chapters write themselves, the link lives on the client record, and you see who watched how much. Loom does this for $18 a seat and belongs to Atlassian now.
Hit record, that is it
Screen, camera bubble and mic. The recording uploads as you stop and does not count against your storage.
Transcript and chapters, done
Searchable transcript, chapter markers and a summary in the portal within minutes. Your client jumps to 2:14, not to minute four.
Who watched, how much
Each viewer, their watch time and their timestamped comments, on the client record, next to the contract it belongs to.
A portal with your name on the door.
One link per client, on your domain, with your logo. Your clients sign, pay, book calls and download files there. They never hear the word Clientage.
Hi Dana
Here is where the API v2 rebuild stands. Noah updated this an hour ago.
Your domain
portal.yourstudio.com, with your SSL certificate. Clientage is never mentioned.
Your brand
Logo, colors and sender name are yours. Emails come from your address.
Their one link
Documents, invoices, files, calls and messages. No account to create, no password to lose.
Their phone
Clients sign, pay, book and reply from wherever they are. Everything lands on the record.
What you stop paying for.
Public monthly list prices for one seat, October 2026. Each line becomes a module inside Clientage, on the same client record.
| Tool | What it does for you today | Per month | In Clientage |
|---|---|---|---|
| Calendly | Booking calls | $12 | Scheduling |
| E-signatures | $15 | E-signature | |
| Proposals and invoices | $25 | Proposals and invoices | |
| Video walkthroughs | $18 | Video messages | |
| Client notes and portals | $12 | Client portal | |
| File delivery | $11.99 | Files | |
| Gluing it all together | $29.99 | Automations | |
| Seven subscriptions | $123.98 | Clientage, $39 per month |
That’s $1,019 back every year, per seat.
Automations without the duct tape.
Everything after a yes runs on its own. A flow reads the contract value, the contact emails and the portal link straight from the record, so there is no Zap to babysit and no field to map.

Written in plain words.
When this happens, do that. No node canvas, no JSON, no webhook URLs to paste. A flow reads like a checklist because it is one, and every step uses what is already on the record.
Say it, don’t wire it.
Describe the rule to your agent in one sentence. It builds the flow on Clientage, shows you the steps, and leaves it off until you turn it on.
It shows its work.
Reminders, renewals, nudges, prep docs. Every run is logged on the client it belongs to, with the time and what it waited for. Nothing happens in a tab you cannot see.
When…
- a contract is fully signed
- an invoice is paid
- an invoice is overdue
- a proposal is viewed
- a file is downloaded
- a call is booked
- a message arrives
- a retainer renews
- a project is delivered
- a form is submitted
- a date is 3 days away
Then…
- send an email from a template
- send a WhatsApp message
- create and send an invoice
- send a booking link
- post in Slack
- switch the portal on
- share a file to the portal
- create a task for you
- ask your agent to draft something
- wait until something happens
From a call to a signed contract, with your agent.
Clientage ships with an MCP server, so Claude Code, claude.ai, Cursor and other agents work on the client record directly. Here is one project, from the first conversation to the change order in week three.
Think it through with it.
Start from a call. It reads the client's history, prices the work the way you priced the last one, and asks before it writes.
It drafts on the record.
Proposal, agreement, deposit invoice and the onboarding flow, in one go, parked in Approvals with a preview of each.
Send by hand, or let it send.
Your rules decide what goes out without you. Small proposals to known clients, yes. Contracts, never. You change the rules, not the agent.
Mid-project, it spots the extra work.
A client asks for something outside the scope. It drafts the change order instead of a free yes, and the client accepts it in the portal.
Reads the whole record
Proposals, contracts, invoices, files and the last 30 messages are the context for every draft.
Drafts, never sends on its own
Every email, document and automation an agent creates waits in Approvals with a preview, unless one of your rules lets it through.
Works in your tools
Claude Code, claude.ai, Cursor and anything else that speaks MCP. One line to connect.
How it compares.
HoneyBook and Bonsai are built for creative studios. Clientage is built for people who ship software, run audits and bill by the project, with the parts they actually need.

Made for people who bill clients.
Whether you send three invoices a month or thirty, the admin is the same. So is the fix.
Developers and consultants
Proposal, contract, deposit and kickoff in one flow. The admin takes minutes, not your evenings.
- Proposal to paid in one place
- Reminders that chase for you
- One bill instead of seven
Studios and agencies
Shared client records, roles and approval rules. A branded portal that makes a five-person studio look established.
- Roles and approval rules
- Portal on your domain
- Every client in one view
Fractional executives
Retainers, hour packs and monthly reports on one record per client, drafted before the client asks.
- Retainers that bill themselves
- Monthly reports drafted for you
- Renewals tracked
Payments through Stripe
Card, ACH and Apple Pay, paid out to your bank. Card data never touches our servers.
Signatures that hold up
E-signatures with a full audit trail, valid under ESIGN in the US and eIDAS in the EU.
Your data, your region
Hosted in the US or the EU. Export every client, document, invoice and file at any time.
Nothing sent without you
Every email, contract and invoice your agent drafts waits for your approval first, unless your rules say otherwise.
One price. Everything in it.
This is what we plan to charge when we open: no tiers, no modules to unlock, no fee per client or per portal user. One seat is one person on your side who logs in.

Secure payment by Stripe. Refunded in full if we do not launch.
Most of us run client work with five tools and a folder of links we send by hand. It works, until the Sunday evening when it doesn’t.
Clientage is the version of that I wanted for myself: one record per client that holds everything, a portal my clients actually open, and an agent that drafts the boring parts while I keep the last word.
It isn’t ready yet. I’m building it now with the first members and shipping the whole thing in Q1 2027. If that sounds like your kind of tool, leave your email. I’ll write when it’s your turn, and not before.
GodwinFounder, Clientage

- NowWaitlist and founding access are open. Spots are kept in the order they come in.
- Q1 2027Private beta for founding members, with onboarding done together.
- Q2 2027Waitlist invites roll out in waves.
Straight answers.
Is it ready to use today?
Not yet. We are building it now and the whole thing launches in Q1 2027, not a slice of it. The waitlist is free. Founding members get in first, with onboarding done together.
When does Clientage launch?
Founding members get access first, in Q1 2027. Waitlist invites follow in waves after that, in the order people signed up.
What do I get for $29?
Your first three months of Clientage free when we launch, a $117 value, an invite in the first wave and an onboarding call where we import your clients with you. Refunded in full if we do not launch.
Can I really cancel my other tools?
That's the point. Scheduling, proposals, e-signature, invoicing, files, video walkthroughs, automations and client portals are built in. You keep Stripe for payouts and your own email address.
How does pricing work for a team?
$39 per seat per month. Clients, portal users, documents and automations are unlimited. Seats are for the people who log in on your side.
What are the storage and video limits?
1 TB of files per workspace, 5 GB per file, versions kept for a year. Video walkthroughs are recorded up to 4K and do not count against storage.
Do I have to use AI?
No. Everything works by hand. The MCP server is there for the day you want Claude or another agent to draft the admin. Nothing an agent drafts goes out until you approve it, unless you write a rule that says it can.
Will my clients see Clientage?
They see your name, your logo and your domain. Emails come from your address. Clientage stays in the background.
Which channels does the inbox cover?
Gmail and Google Workspace, the WhatsApp Cloud API and Slack Connect at launch. Every message is filed under the client it belongs to.
Where is my data stored?
In the US or the EU, your choice at signup. You can export every client, document, invoice and file as CSV, JSON and the original files at any time.
